My Story
I served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves with a combat tour in Afghanistan. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and worked in outpatient therapy in Alaska and home health care in Monterey, CA. I now live and operate in San Diego, offering concierge physical therapy services where I travel to the home, local gym or other convenient location of clients to help them live their optimal life.
I’ve grown my services around a niche combining physical therapy and personal training that streamline rehab and wellness to prevent chronic pain and achieve better outcomes with faster results.
I help people along their journey wherever they are.
